Kai Bae Beach is quite different from White Sand Beach, the most eminent beach in Koh Chang , because you can’t find pub, shopping center or entertainment complex situated in this area. However, at this peaceful beach, you can discover natural privacy atmosphere in the area of Kai Bai Beach as the most eminent scenery for this beach is its emerald sea water color contrasting with beautiful white sand beach. Therefore, this beach is a great choice for travelers who want to spend their holiday with charming privacy seaside scenery.

There are many activities available for travelers in this  beach, however, the most imminent  activities is rowing the kayak boat because the wave in the area of   this beach is really calm and free from the strong wind. If you’re strong enough, you can row your kayak to Koh Man Nok, minor island of Koh Chang located not far away from this Beach.

Moreover, Kai Bae Beach is the location of the most wonderful viewpoint in Koh Chang especially the scenery of sunset in this viewpoint is gorgeous suitable for the lovers.

Last post i have introduced to you a brief introduction about the beautiful scenery of Koh Chang White Sand Beach. Today, i'm gonna bring you to see my hotels during my vacation at Koh Chang last year and the hotel that i've booked for my special trip to this beautiful island named "KC Grand Hotel".

My trip started from Bangkok as it took approximately 4-5 hours to Trat province where the ferry port to Koh Chang is located. In general, it is very easy for you to visit this gorgeous island because the distance from Bangkok to this Trat's island is not far away form Bangkok if compared to famous destination like Phuket or Koh Samui and the transportation to this island is quite good because there're 2 Ferry ports from Trat to Koh Chang available for you everyday, therefore, you can drive your own vehicle to this beautiful island.

After the Ferry arrived at Koh Chang's Port, i drived my vehicle directly to White Sand Beach where  "KC Grand Hotel" situated. This hotel is the first hotel that you will see when you drive across the mountain which divided the Ferry Port area and white sand beach. The first impression for me is KC Grand hotel has its own beautiful private beach including white clean sand contrast with colorful emerald sea color as the beach is very clean which is suitable for playing beach volley-ball and it is really good to swim in the wonderful emerald sea.

For the accommodation, i have book standard garden view room which is the cheapest room in this hotel as the price is 3,500 baht per night. Even though, i can't see beautiful seaside scenery (because it is the cheapest room), but the room itself is very beautiful for me as it decorated with antique furniture and the single bed is really huge. If you have more money, the sea view room is recommend because you will have a chance to enjoy your vacation with wonderful white sand beach all day and all night as the price for sea view room.

As this blog is emphasis on the interesting travel places of Koh Chang in Trat province Thailand, therefore, let follow me to the wonderful beaches of this beautiful Thailand Island. Today, I will recommend to you one of the most well-known beach in Koh Chang which is deemed to be the city center of Koh Chang and this beach is “White Sand Beach”.

The White Sand Beach located not far away from Koh Chang’s ferry harbor (approximately 15 minutes) and it is the first beach that you will see after driving across the mountain. After reaching Koh Chang White Sand Beach, the first thing that you will see is the combination of white powder sand beach with beautiful colorful sea water generated stunning seaside scenery for tourists.

There’re many kind of accommodations available for tourist around the area of White Sand Beach from cheap Bungalow, guest house to the luxury hotels as the price for the accommodation started from 500 baht to more than 10,000 baht per night. However, please note that the accommodation that the price is lower than 1,000 baht per night mostly located near the mountain, not the sea. Of course, if you want to experience the scenery of wonderful seaside, you have to choose to stay in the luxury hotels which mostly have their own private beach and the price mostly started from 2,500 baht per night.

This beach is a good place to enjoy your vacation as there're many seaside activities like swimming in the colorful sea, playing beach volleyball on the white sand or reading your favorite books. Moreover, you can enjoy night life sensation in White Sand Beach as well because there’re many good pubs and restaurants located around the area of White Sand Beach where you can enjoy drinking yours cool beer and feeling blue with the fantastic scenery of White Sand Beach.
